BlackBoiler, Inc.

June 22, 2020

Who We Are:

We are turning contract execution on its head through AI-powered technology that delivers an automated contract mark-up process that instantaneously reviews and revises contracts. Powered by proprietary machine learning and natural language processing, our technology greatly speeds up a company’s high-volume contract drafting and negotiation processes, saving precious time and money. BlackBoiler is a must-have for in-house legal teams, service providers, and law firms. We are growing quickly and looking for team members to help us scale.

We are looking for a smart, inquisitive person to join our team working on our core product. Ideally, you have a few years of experience in developing Python applications and knowledge of cloud-based DevOps implementations. Additionally, someone with an appreciation for rigor in development processes and automation would fit right in. However, we are pretty flexible with candidate requirements. It is still early days for us, and we are a small team. This means that you would need to be interested in wearing multiple hats: developer, operations engineer, quality assurance, and whatever new hats need to be worn. We can promise you that you will get exposed to multiple aspects of Software Development and SecDevOps, and have fun doing it.

Minimum requirements:

  1. Experience writing Python applications for production environments
  2. Experience with deploying applications on cloud infrastructures
  3. Well-rounded computer science background

Additional experience:

  1. Experience or background in Natural Language Processing or Machine Learning
  2. Experience with writing unit, functional and regression tests for developed code
  3. Understanding of secure development practices
