About the Position
As Director/Senior Director of Total Rewards, People Operations & Analytics, you will partner with the SVP of People and key stakeholders to shape and implement Total Rewards strategies for a growing, dynamic, values-driven organization. You’ll own and drive sound execution of core HR practices. Proactively collaborate and liaise with other leaders, partners, and employees.

Own and execute full suite of employee benefits including traditional and non-traditional benefits and perks. Identify new areas, or better ways, to provide a value-add to FN employees, communicate and educate FN teams, and execute seamlessly. A well defined and articulated total rewards strategy is essential to attracting and retaining the very best talentYou’ll seek to educate and evangelize. From how to navigate benefits, life events, to creating a health and financial wellness roadmap that empowers team membersEvaluate benefit offerings, offer ideas, conduct research, and lead transitions Manage the benefits selection process with our brokers / internal budgeting & facilitate decision making.- Collaborate with vendors, brokers, partners, and providers for planning and executionAdminister and support 401(k), health insurance, dental, vision, life, including open enrollment including HSAs, FSAs, etc.Manage COBRA and transit vendors, leave programs, and lead wellness effortsAct as a primary liaison with Finance and PayrollManage, support, inform, and implement sound practices associated with compensation including, for example, salaries, hourly, variable bonus and/or commission. Experience with equity is desirable Conduct salary and market analysis and help shape/carry out compensation philosophy and structureServe as the organization's SME on compensation and work collaboratively with the People Partners to provide compensation resources and data with employees and managers on compensation mattersOversee benefits customer service to employeesEvaluate overall customer service for employee inquiries and implement optimizations (such as a ticketing system)Records, Reporting and AnalysisServe as the primary interface between Finance and People for smooth data exchange and rigor of US Payroll, and support international payroll in collaboration with Finance and the People PartnersEnsure compliance and reporting on all requirements including for example AAP, EEO, VETS, ACA, 5500, FLSA, etc.Responsible for all employee/employer-related records and data including for example I-9s, e-Verifications, background checks, employment verifications, visas, employee files/records, etc. Regularly report on key People & Org metrics, seeking both leading and lagging data and insights that help inform leaders and teamsAutonomously, and in partnership with others, build out, configure and optimize workflows and systems to achieve key business needsEstablish and document processes and communicate to appropriate stakeholdersSupport M&A activities by participating in due diligence, integration planning, and implementationOperationsOwn and optimize the features, utilization, and continuous improvement of the HRIS systems on which we operate, globallyInterface with PEO organizations in effect, and migrate individuals into/out of PEOs according to business needsSupport SVP to prepare, track, and manage department budgetWhat Sets You Apart:Worked 8+ years in human resources/people operations at a high-growth, dynamic organization - ideally experience at various stage organizations (start-up, midsize, public/private)Broad exposure across HR arenas with deep expertise in total rewards is required: health benefits, 401k, reporting & records, and HR systems. Job analysis and compensation analysis are highly desirableAppreciation for the bigger picture, strategic thinking coupled with a practical, hands-on approachPassionate about being an employer of choice, leading by example, and living the FiscalNote ValuesCritical thinker, keen problem solver, metrics-minded, and a highly organized program and project manager with a passion for scalable workflows and business processes (BP’s)Experience managing and leading others, providing coaching and guidance A strong track record of creating and delivering content that is informative and engaging and delivered across different channels and formats (email, PowerPoint, intranet, virtual meetings, workshops, team building, town halls, etc.)Team player, hands-on and strategic, willing and able to jump in and help the causeKeen ability to be an effective relationship-builder, a creative, collaborative, and flexible work ethos, mission-focused, solutions-oriented, with a passion for continuous improvement
