The Director, Enterprise Client Services helps build, maintain and grow the company’s largest and most complex Enterprise accounts.The Enterprise Client Services Director is responsible for partnering closely with the account lead in developing and delivering on the strategy for significant customer programs, and identifying risk and growth opportunities. In addition to building effective long-term relationships with key customer stakeholders, the Enterprise Client Services Director will serve as a key strategist and project implementation lead responsible for collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure EVERFI is meeting goals and delivering at the highest level to key customers. 

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day program implementation of select multi-million dollar Enterprise accounts. 
  • Ensure Enterprise account deliverables and activation targets are met; Map a strategy, identify key risks, and track that partnership goals are understood and executed across multiple internal departments.
  • Lead the project management and development of large, complex projects with internal stakeholders such as custom course builds, external websites or user groups.  
  • Build strong relationships with senior leadership of key customers while serving as the main point of contact for day-to-day contract deliverables.
  • Navigate complex, matrixed organizations, identify champions internally, and develop new relationships in accounts in conjunction with the Enterprise team lead.
  • Build and maintain a deep understanding of program deliverables to anticipate and articulate client needs and become a trusted advisor and strategic business partner.
  • Collaborate with internal product and customer experience teams to investigate and resolve customer issues, and provide product feedback.
  • Partner with internal Marketing teams to develop account-based marketing activities, programs, and product updates.
  • Provide customer feedback internally to help inform go-to market strategy and future directions for product development.
  • Create and execute on the strategy and coordination of event planning and logistics in conjunction with the Customer Marketing Team.
  • Review and analyze user and course data frequently to ensure successful progression to goals and present metrics & impact story to the customer on a regular basis.
  • Organize regular status update meetings across internal departments to ensure customer deverable are being met in a timely manner and provide program updates and reports to the customer.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of EVERFI products and solutions and respond to relevant customer questions.
  • Other job related duties as assigned

Skills, Experience, and Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in account management, customer success, consulting, or project management, 7 years preferred
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals and deadlines
  • Experience analyzing data and driving recommendations 
  • Experience developing & presenting compelling presentations
  • Strong collaboration & project management skills
  • Proven experience in building and maintaining long-term, trusted relationships with customers or colleagues
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail, problem solving skills, and a solutions oriented mindset
  • Strong oral and written communication as well as active listening skills
  • Ability to travel 15% of time
