The Senior Partnerships Manager, Technology Alliances at Stardog plays a critical role in developing our go-to-market strategy through our Technology partners ecosystem. You will have an exciting opportunity to build mind share and adoption of Stardog’s offering with key technology platform partners and customers across the following categories: Cloud Alliances, Data Lakes and Cloud DW, Business Intelligence & Analytics and Data Catalog providers to name a few. Expertise within the Data & Analytics ecosystem and a track record in building alliances/sales/partnerships with business and technical teams is preferred.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about building and monetizing strategic relationships with the ability to drive scalable programs in collaboration with external partners and internal teams. The ideal candidate is biased towards building repeatability and scalability through innovation, proactively seeks to improve commercial development achievements and partner experience and is driven to make a measurable impact.
The SPM, Tech Alliances will be tasked with collaborating internally with sales leadership, sales enablement, operations leadership and the product organization to identify and document processes, systems and knowledge sharing.

Responsibilities and Requirements

  • \tRelationship Management
  • \t\tManage and deepen existing relationships with Stardog’s strategic Technology partners
  • \t\tEvangelize Stardog across technology partners and continue to establish Stardog as a thought leader within the tech ecosystem
  • \t\tCollaborate cross functionally with internal teams: sales, marketing, product, and solutions to achieve results
  • \t\tDemonstrate a clear understanding of partner’s value drivers, economics & business models. And how they integrate with Stardog’s strategy and goals
  • \tDrive Business Outcomes
  • \t\tGrow pipeline and drive revenue from Stardog’s Strategic Partner ecosystem
  • \t\tDevelop and execute collaborative business plans to achieve mutual goals
  • \t\tEstablish short-term and long-term performance metrics in line with corporate objectives
  • \t\tLead partner marketing efforts and develop go-to-market strategies in collaboration with sales and marketing teams (Webinars, Roundtables, Conferences, Events)
  • \tSales Enablement
  • \t\tCreate and improve partner-facing enablement materials and templates
  • \t\tIncrease the productivity of existing partners through strategic planning, consulting and training/enablement sessions
  • \t\tAct as the point of contact to increase partner knowledge on Stardog’s offering and proactively train partners in our core proposition, new use cases and new platform functionality.
  • \tPipeline Tracking and Reporting
  • \t\tIdentify commercial opportunities across our partner ecosystem using platforms such as Crossbeam and SFDC
  • \t\tCreate reports, forecast and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to internal and external teams to ensure quarterly targets are met and programs are being optimized.

  • Requirements:
  • \tProven track record of managing Technology Partnerships and building commercial partner programs autonomously.
  • \tExperience working with Azure and/or Data Platforms such as Databricks or Snowflake are a plus.
  • \tStrong business acumen and understanding of how businesses operate within a larger ecosystem.
  • \tAdaptive and agile in a quickly changing environment with competing priorities.
  • \tStrong organizational, project management and problem solving skills.
  • \tExemplary written and verbal communication skills coupled with unparalleled follow-up skills. Clients and partners have the impression that you listen and understand their problems.
