Role Overview

We are seeking a Vice President of Product and Solutions Marketing to lead Go-To-Market Strategy for Product, Industry and Technology Partnership Marketing. This is a strategic role and a golden opportunity to build out a high-performance team that will shape the future of identity. This person will report to the Chief Marketing Officer and work closely with other senior leaders in Marketing, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Member Experience to position our products and solutions to drive demand and lead the market.

Strategy - Product, Industry and Partner Marketing

  • Develop’s product and solutions marketing strategy with the Chief Marketing Officer
  • Position our leading products and solutions, providing compelling narratives with business case and use cases, based on Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and Personas
  • Refine ICPs and personas based on data-driven research
  • Develop GTM plans with technology partners to promote and amplify joint solutions
  • Articulate use cases, including ROI and providing information for each member of the buying committee
  • Lead the product, solution and market intelligence content strategy
  • Guide the team in development of content assets, enabling customers and prospects to easily understand the value proposition, offering capabilities, and differentiation
  • Work with Digital Marketing to ensure high-performing assets are available at each stage of the Buying Journey
  • Establish best-in-industry practices to successfully manage new launches, partnerships and penetration of our key industries
  • Use data-driven insights to set team and product goals, product positioning and messaging
  • Provide timely reports on the market, competitive landscape and product marketing performance
  • Maximize the impact of new product releases by collaborating with product management, digital marketing, and demand generation teams
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering, serving as the voice of the customer
  • Establish customer relationships and a customer advisory council
  • Evangelize marketing goals, initiatives, and progress to the organization and key stakeholders

Personnel Management and Leadership

  • Build and lead a world-class team of product marketers, technology partnership marketers, and industry experts
  • Partner with HR to recruit and retain top-tier talent
  • Identify key skills and capabilities needed to assess team strengths and weaknesses
  • Organize the team to partner and support’s Product suite
  • Develop managers to increase productivity
  • Communicate effectively up, down, and laterally to ensure alignment of work
  • Provide purpose, motivation, and direction to members of the Product and Solutions Marketing team
  • Align compensation and incentives with desired behaviors
  • Build a team of industry experts to evangelize and collaborate with sales and marketing teams on industry-specific buyer journeys and revenue generation
  • Lead analyst relations, participate in thought leadership webinars and customer meetings
  • Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to foster a successful and driven team, consistently meeting and exceeding KPIs
