The Junior Account Manager, FiscalNote Europe, is a detail-oriented, self-motivated person with excellent organizational skills capable of managing a large volume of accounts. The Junior Account Manager has the responsibility for managing, renewing and upselling a growing book of existing clients using the EU Issue Tracker product.

You’re a self-motivated, energetic sales professional with the drive to succeed. A team player, willing and enthusiastic to pitch in wherever necessary to support both clients and the company. Poised and confident, you are both a skilled listener and a convincing presenter with an eye for detail and the polish to communicate at all levels. You can comfortably navigate the worlds of both technology and policy. You prefer data-driven insights rather than anecdotal evidence to drive your decisions and actions and are comfortable talking data, tech and current events.What to Expect in this Position:Manage high-value, strategic, client relationships focused on developing new business and ensuring high retention ratesBe responsible for all aspects of renewals and deliver results against monthly, quarterly and yearly forecast objectivesAchieve new business growth targets through up-sell /cross-sell opportunities with existing clients, quarterly and/or annuallyLead and manage the renewal process Manage and lead pricing negotiations for renewals and up-sellsIdentify risk and work with internal and external stakeholders to prevent both client and revenue churn Provide accurate monthly forecast reportsWhat Sets You Apart:Proven track record of sales/account experience with a track record of successfully supporting SaaS/information services products and sales efforts Demonstrated ability to excel in a role that constantly evolves as business needs change Effectively collaborate with peers, managers and colleagues across functions to meet mutual goals and business objectivesClear communication skills and ability to effectively communicate at all levels within a client organization Intellectually curious, with an aptitude in public affairs and current eventsExperience using Salesforce Hold yourself and those around you to standards of excellence
