What We're Looking For

Till partners with institutional rental housing companies and their residents to help renters everywhere succeed ‚ÄĒ changing the way people pay, stay, and thrive in their homes. In the process, we are empowering landlords, creating tremendous value for their communities, and making the world BETTER.

We are looking for an experienced, driven, and innovative Growth Marketing rockstar to add fuel to our scale. You'll develop and test outreach strategies across email, SEO, LinkedIn, paid search and other verticals to create brand awareness, educate the industry about our product benefits, and drive new Property Manager partners to Till.

In one year, you'll be successful if you drive corporate user awareness, excitement, and generate inbound leads for our partnerships team.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, implement and manage the in-house performance marketing strategy across paid channels including search, social, digital video
  • Manage paid media spend and daily pacing; Build quarterly media plans, execute daily and measure performance
  • Work with Sales and Finance team to build accurate forecasts, management reports
  • Help establish and achieve KPIs, including traffic, revenue, return on ad spend ROAS, - Customer Acquisition Costs CAC, and efficiencies
  • Provide weekly readouts on performance against KPIs
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously that align to customer acquisition and brand awareness goals
  • Provide insight and recommendations for website and landing page optimizations based on insights
  • Collaborate closely with our Analytics team to identify first-party data triggers, customer journey mapping and optimization opportunities based on business goals
  • Bring fresh ideas and take calculated risks to acquire new customers

About You

  • Passionate about transforming the rental housing industry and improving access to financial services for millions of renters
  • A deep understanding of funnel optimization especially onboarding flows
  • 2 years' marketing experience with the following channels: SEO, email marketing, content marketing, referrals
  • Solid project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high-impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward
  • Strong growth track record, with samples and results of past campaigns
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Adwords, Search Console, Hubspot, Mailchimp, Social Media Management Systems
  • Proficient with Analytics
