Who you are: 

You are passionate about data! You love applying analytical rigor to complex and ambiguous business problems. You are comfortable with navigating and normalizing large datasets to understand trends and extract insights. You have a high attention to detail and find ways to incrementally improve processes. You are a team player who enjoys collaborating with Marketers to illuminate the qualitative context behind the numbers.

As a Senior Analyst, you'll report to the Senior Manager, Analytics & Insights. You're excited about the opportunity to join a high-growth technology company that is committed to leveraging AI as a force for good. 

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards in Salesforce to quantify Demand Generation performance
  • Perform ad hoc analysis for Marketing managers and leaders to uncover actionable insights; present summary of findings to the broader team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on improving processes and data infrastructure to enhance performance management
  • Assist with compiling Quarterly Business Reviews

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 
  • 3+ years experience in an analytical role such as marketing operations, sales operations, or FP&A, preferably in the B2B software-as-a-service (SaaS) industry
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce and Excel (Hubspot, Clari, and/or Looker a plus)
  • Familiarity with multi-touch attribution models
  • Ability to understand and communicate complex insights into simple terms
  • Collaborative, results-driven, and “low ego” personality who is able to handle multiple competing priorities
